Neil attends 1st Church in DuBois where he serves as Lay Leader and Lay Delegate to Annual Conference. For many years Neil has enjoyed being active in their ATN Youth Group and weekly soup dinners. He has represented the WCAWPA at the Global Gatherings in Montgomery and Indianapolis.

Neil and his wife Libby have been married for 49 years, have 2 children and 7 grandkids.
