Keith Mcilwain was the first elected chairperson of our chapter of the Wesleyan Covenant Association. He served as chairperson from 2017-2021. Keith is an ordained Elder in the Western PA Conference and currently serves as pastor of Slippery Rock United Methodist Church in the Butler District. He is a delegate to the United Methodist General Conference and the Northeast Jurisdictional Conference both scheduled to be held in 2022.
